Everything you need to know before we start working
The conceptual and technical design phase takes between 6 and 12 weeks. The actual implementation on-site, which depends on suppliers and craftsmen, can vary between 3 and 8 months. We recommend contacting us during the shell construction phase.
We guarantee an accuracy of over 95%. The reason is simple: we do not use purely decorative textures and objects that are impossible to find. Instead, we exclusively integrate real materials, finishes, and furniture pieces available for purchase on the market, strictly scaled to size.
It is not mandatory, but highly recommended. If you choose the Concept or Assistance packages, you can work with your own craftsmen. However, for the Turnkey Package, we work exclusively with construction teams we have validated over years of excellent collaboration.
Right after the concept phase, we extract exact quantity lists and request firm quotes from all suppliers. Thus, you will know the cost of labor, tiles, and custom furniture long before the craftsmen step onto the site, a process supervised by our operations manager.
Yes. Although our creative hub is physically located in the center of Oradea, we successfully manage residential and HoReCa projects nationally, implementing an optimized and strict schedule of technical site visits.
The Concept package hands you the "instruction manual" (renders, plans, shopping lists), leaving the implementation responsibility to you. The Turnkey package completely frees you from stress, as the Davidsign team directly takes over site coordination, orders, discussions with workers, and final reception.
The first meeting (physical or online) acts as a technical and value audit. We need a survey (house/space plan). We will discuss ergonomics, circulation flows, aesthetic affinities, and establish a realistic horizon for your investment budget.
