Family House 01
A modern house design from foundation to roof. Of course, inside this house could not make exception to the modern minimalist style. Accounts flat roof and rectangular volumes, the style of this house is intended to be a daring and unusual among the houses around, most built in the beginning of the twentieth century. Chromatic and exterior finishing materials used in this case, will allow seamless integration into the urban landscape still. It will use natural stone and wooden billboards most. Dominated by the staircase and the gap in this area, the interior is divided into two overlapping areas: living area downstairs and upstairs recreation area. The kitchen is atypical for this type of house that is a separate room from the living area and dining place. It’s an area specifically dedicated to cooking and not communicate with the rest of the floor, separated by a door. Dining is in the middle of the house and the table is willing perpendicular to the entrance, half the floor floor, half under vacuum stairways. Generous sized living room was thus designed to be used simultaneously for home entertainment and social activities. In the area of almost 40sqm, are 3 sofas and two armchairs grouped into two distinct zones arranged side by side. Between the two areas was based swivel chairs serving on both areas. We did not crowd the space with heavy pieces of furniture to get a relaxing atmosphere.
